O my Beloved! I will love you forever and ever more every day
Along the way of the life you have given me in you and for you
As yours throughout the hours of light and each ‘n every night
With no fright or evil thought of flight, but to behold your sight
In the moments of time and eternity, for you love me with love
In everlasting, passionate compassion, understanding and care,
At once like mother with child so mild and, also, like the lover,
Who hovers and covers me with deep and rich, sweet affection
Without any affectation, deflection or defection, dear Beloved;
So, too, I run to you and find the sun cannot outshine your love
From above, but dims by comparison, and so the moon so soon
To rise is but only your prize to give me as I live by you, in you
. . .
O my Beloved! I will love you forever and ever more every day
Along the way of the life you have given me in you and for you

A Marriage Sonnet
Thou hast stolen my heart, thou thief of love!
And do I rest upon thy bosom like the dove?
Soft and supple am I now in thine own hands,
Nor dost thou require to keep me with bands,
Save strands of thy passion and compassion;
Now thy love alone be for me sufficient ration,
And I do not forsake thee for fear of starvation,
For leaving thy side wouldst be deprivation;
And could I find another home I will not dare,
For the nature of thy love is indeed very rare;
So to thee do I bring myself and closely cling,
And beg thee to let our wedding bells ring,
For I have none other song but thee to sing,
And I have no gift but mine own self to bring
Yes, I Rest Me Now
Rest my head against your chest
Feel the pulsation of your heart
Evocation of passionate affection
New habitation for my very soul
In prostration to authentic love
Salvation from mere stagnation
In purgation leading to real life
. . .
Oh, no test to pass to rest in love
In the nest of an heavenly dove
Only the best to come from above
So I rest my head upon your chest
Yes, I rest . . . I rest . . . I rest

Coming to Me So Silently
Surrounded by tall pines and cones on the ground,
I hear the soft sound of your footsteps in the wood
And wonder should I move or simply wait for you
As my heartbeat races and I try to pace my urging
Surging in my soul for you to come to fill this hole
And make me whole once again as you have before
Because this heart is aching and this body is sore,
Nor is there a part of me that does not desire you,
So I want to leap into your arms
Where you will keep me forever!
Ah, but I have to wait patiently for you to find me
And remind me of your everlasting passion for me,
So I stay and lay where I am
And you will surely be here for me at the right time
. . .
Surrounded by tall pines and cones on the ground,
I hear the soft sound of your footsteps in the wood
Coming to me so silently – so silently but so surely
Coming to me so silently . . .
Cream of the Dream
Cream of the very best dream of the night
As I took a flight held tightly in your arms
Safe from all harm, wrapped like a charm
And where did we go but to your haven?
Haven as heaven leavened with passion
And your love laid above me for hours
With pure power yet gentle and serene
I slept with pleasure with your treasure
In me and all around me and for just me
And I could see your emerald eyes pierce
Through night with light so very brightly
And you love me with an everlasting love
That will never die and fly away, no never
You are forever and ever, always the same
. . .
Cream of the very best dream of the night
As I took a flight held tightly in your arms
Held tightly in your arms, safe from harm
How I Long for Your Emerald Eyes
Oh how I long for your emerald eyes that spy the essence of my soul!
Oh how I yearn for your gently strong touch that makes my heart burn!
You are so beautiful to me, like stars and moon, and waves of the sea;
When night rolls around, I am tight in bed, I cannot sleep without you,
As all comfort comes from you and peace, serenity and security, too;
So when you feel distant I am persistent in calling you to come again
To wrap your arms about me and lull me with the sound of your voice;
You are my one and only choice in life, and life with you is my only life;
You are paradise, the finest of spice and all things nice and beautiful!
Hear my prayer, then, that I breathe with the very air surrounding me!
Come this night, too; cure my plight and blow away all of the blight . . .
Oh how I long for your emerald eyes that spy the essence of my soul!
Dancing the Dance
One glance by chance and then the dance:
Store of passion guided us across the floor
Gliding on out the door in timeless motion
Causing quite a commotion in our devotion
So suddenly birthed in such hasty mirth
And all to heed the call of love-eruption
Without hesitation or need for affectation
And never any deviation from the dance;
We still dance through the night into light
Under sun, moon and stars so far away . . .
We dance the never-ending dance of love
Love Everlasting
Sélená the Untamed Wild
ψ
Hear my promise to you to show you my love, my dove,
As sacred rhythms float gently thru the air carefree,
And I wrap myself around you like an alluring coat;
Dear boy, shed not one tear and be not drear, but hear
What I whisper promise in your ear; no need for fear
Child, meek and mild… I am Sélená the untamed wild,
My passion unchained, gateway opened wide for you
To enter in and abide inside of me, and to be clothed
In my warm flesh, fresh and nourishing, tightly bound
And rightly held as we meld together as one underneath
Bright shining Sun; this affair has only begun, my love!
